3. Don’t touch your face. Not only because you can easily catch a cold this way, but also because your skin will become irritated. Acne is more frequent within people who constantly touch their faces.

4. Sit straight. If you spend a lot of time on the computer, you probably don’t sit straight after a few hours. This is very bad for your health, but also for your looks. When your spine is straight, your entire look will look better. You’ll simply become glamorous and walk like a model wherever you go.

5. Face masks should become your weekly routine. Beauty facial masks are easy to make, but can definitely make your skin look prettier. For example, you can put an egg white on your face once a week if your skin is oily. If your skin is dehydrated, try with honey and olive oil. A banana also acts as a great anti-aging facial mask. It is important that this becomes your routine.

6. Get rid of stress. Seriously, stress signs will show up on your face now or then. Learn how to manage stress. The best thing you can do is to take up a hobby you’ll enjoy. For example, you can start learning to play a new instrument, read, draw, or do anything you find interesting and relaxing.

7. Salt. Cut down on salty food because it can make you look bloated.

8. Try new recipes. Try new healthier recipes, so you can enjoy food without guilt. Vegetables should be your best friends.

9. Walk daily. It is highly recommended that you make at least 8,000 steps on a daily basis.

10. Never go to sleep with your makeup on. No matter how tired you are – sleeping with makeup will make your face age prematurely, and we are 100% sure that you don’t want to experience that.
