NYLA KHAN, a 27-year-old tycoon is building an education empire in the UAE
To never stop dreaming means to continue pursuing your goals, but not just your goals, but to give your talents with a purpose to create this world a better place”… That’s exactly the motto of Nyla Khan, a young and amazing Indian ex-pat who has decided to build a huge education empire in UAE! Would you believe if I tell you that this young and successful lady has recently turned 27? And although many young ladies her age are building their careers as well, I must admit how no one is that talented as Nyla is. Being an entrepreneur that makes everyone stays out of the breath is not her only best quality, but Khan’s huge heart that leads her to achieving the missions that will help young people succeed in life.
Her business, Kids World Nurseries, is currently worth more than a couple of million dollars, but Nyla claims how that is just the beginning and how she plans to make that amount at least 10 times larger in the upcoming decade. In 2018, she has established an educational empire with her business partner and mentor, Christine Nasserghodsi. These two ladies have named their company Mirai Partners, and since the first day of its existence, it isn’t stopping to impress people worldwide.
Gender policy and education changes are her main points in this ‘personal empire’. If you are wondering when did she even start her career in the first place, then you must know how Nyla has been working on everything related to children, their rights, and education since she was just 24. She has also been active in a children’s nursery, which was a part of her mother’s plan. ”Genes guide your heart. But also the world changed my opinion about so many things. People who are recognized can do something to make our planet a better place for living, and that is what I will do. I hope that more people think like me. I believe how they will follow my example.” More than 400 students nowadays attend the nurseries she and her mother have started. When she has realized that the change can actually be done, that just made Khan more inspired about pursuing her other and bigger goals.
In the last 10 years, countless successful people have already recognized her talents, hard work, and a kind heart, and she has been building her career within different countries, such as Brazil, the USA, India, UAE, and even Greece. ”People don’t just change for better, they first have to be educated about the problems that exist in our society. Sexual violence has definitely inspired me to really stand up for human rights. There are too many tragic stories all around us, and it seems like how more has to be done to change that.” Nyla claims that she knew how something was wrong with the world even when she was only 12. It seemed to her that justice doesn’t even exist for some people. She has realized that only those who have power are capable of creating ‘normal’ lives.
The others are most of the times just victims. And there are too many unrecognized talents worldwide. They just didn’t get their chance to show themselves. Maybe if we focus on those people, only then our society can change for the better.
Have you heard of Nyla Khan before?
Do you agree that this world can change for the better with education?
“My passion lies in education for change and gender policy. These two are close to my heart and I am really excited about the journey I have undertaken.”
