2. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Can I change or cancel my order?
- Once an order is entered into our system, a customer service agent may or may not be able to cancel your order. Please contact us for more information.
Please note all exchange must be sent by mail. We will not process any returns in person.

- NOTE: You have 30 days from receipt of an order to exchange products purchased- Exchange only
- For returns, we will issue a full refund for the price of the product, plus any applicable taxes.
- Original shipping charges will not be refunded unless there was fulfillment error by Bpmag.com

* Once we have received your package at out fulfillment center please allow us 3-5 business days to get your exchange processed. If you would like a different item, please place a new order directly on the website.
Orders from Beautiful People Magazine:
Worn or damaged merchandise is non-returnable. If the merchandise was damaged during shipment please contact us at beautifulpeoplemagazine.com.
PROCESSING & DELIVERY HOURS
We process, ship and deliver packages Monday through Friday. We do not offer delivery or shipping on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.
Some items will not ship until a later date as indicated in the product description. Please make note of any products with future ship dates mentioned on the online product posting.
SHIPPING & HANDLING FEES
Shipping and handling fees depend upon the method of delivery. All standard delivery orders include a handling fee and applicable shipping charges. When you fill out the online order form and select a method of delivery, our system automatically calculates and displays the shipping charges for your review.
Beautiful People will ship P.O. Box orders through USPS First Class. These shipments are not tracked door to door. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery.
After you gear up by placing an order, you will receive an e-mail to confirm that Beautiful People has received the order. At the time of shipment, an additional follow up email will be sent. The confirmation will contain the order number, order detail, and shipping method.
We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, PayPal and Discover for internet orders. All online orders paid by credit card are processed on a secure server.

Once an order is entered into our system, your order cannot be changed. Please email for more information on canceling your order. We cannot guarantee that your order can be cancelled once it is entered into our system.
Should the item you ordered not be available, you will be charged only for the items shipped to you by Beautiful People Magazine. All unavailable items will be credited to your account when applicable. We will send the remainder of your order with appropriate adjustments for the out of stock item(s). All orders are subject to acceptance by bp We reserve the right to refuse delivery or limit quantities of any product ordered. Please note that we cannot guarantee the availability of any item until you place an order.
Prices on Beautiful People are subject to change without notice. Beautiful People maintains the right to refuse or cancel orders at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to orders that contain incorrect prices or product descriptions, orders that BP believes the customer has violated applicable law, and orders that BP believes are harmful to its clients, or its affiliates.

When ordering Beautiful People merchandise, you're responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to Canada.
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of a Canadian shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are charged once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; Beautiful People has no control over these charges and can't predict what they may be.
